It was good mostly. Cheap and close to many things. The rooms was fine and the toiles as well.
The hotel security couldn't a word in english. Sunny Beach is a tourist place, then must all the staff talk english. You can not expect tourist to talk bulgarian. And when we are asking the hotel staff of the rules of music, they cant give a useful answer. Sometimes they say we can hear music loud until midnight, and then the security comes before and tell us to turn it off. So we had a bad experience with the staff and security, because of the language.
No parking places, althought it is written at the internet site that there are free ones.. I had to pay for it..
Location, staff, services, view, the room.
Very helpful staff, good breakfast, very nice garden restaurant, very rustic, good food. The deluxe double room we had was above the hotels 3 stars.
I was disappointed by the fact that on the website is mention the possibility of paying by card, but in fact they accept only cash. So I had to find an ATM to get my cash, that means supplementary cost, to pay my room.
The staff was helpful and we did the check in in 3 minutes. The hotel is close to the beach, 10 minutes walking- definitely not 80 meters....
The air conditioning is not working. We were baked in the rooms like stuffed turkeys...The towels were not changed during the entire stay. In the last 2 days there were several power cuts that lasted between 30 minutes and 1 hours. There are few free parking places in front of the hotel. Do not park on the side walk as the car will be most probably lifted and you will have to pay a fine/bribery! The policeman together with two "gorillas" asked for 20 EURO to leave our car.
the room was big and clean and had very comfortable beds
too small parking lot, AC almost did not work at all
food at breakfast, room cleaning
parking places are extremely limited, insufficient utensils - forks, glasses, dishes for breakfast, air-conditionning was not working in the room
I have read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel over the net. Fortunatelly none of them where true this year. Everything was great, except: 1. they pretend to be at 80 meters from the beach: it could be, in a straight line, but it takes about 3 - 5 minutes to get to the beach, anyway it is a pleasant trip as you get by different restaurants an shops. 2. the hotel hal a small parking, so if you come by car it is really hard to find a place for parking.
The breakfast and the restaurant.
I don't choosing this hotel.I have to accept this because was some problems with my booking (at first hotel was some problems). The hotel is very noisy and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The towels were only changed once in a week.
breakfast, was rich and good.wey have to do an early check out and the manager was understanding.
the location, the air/conditioning didn;t work.
Breakfast was great, the price was incredible and the room was clean.
One member of the staff was very rude at breakfast. Another problem was the noise coming from the street, but this happens only if your room faces the main street. The A/C was not working but not a problem since we spent only 1 night there.
The people we met made our holiday!! But the staff & the hotel were very good as well would definitely stay again :) A bonus was the discount you get when eating at the restaurant which is already very cheap as well as the discount from the shop.
The only downside was that we didn't get any clean sheets & only fresh towels the day before we left.
